Character Name: Victor Frankenstein ("Vic" according to his parents; "Fran" according to everyone else)
Canon: Code: Realize (Guardian of Rebirth, Future Blessings, Wintertide Miracles)
Age: 25 years old
Medical Info: A healthy young man who gets almost no routine exercise. Victor may have outrun Scotland Yard, but he sure can't pass a PE exam!
Abilities: A fully-licensed alchemist and practicing physician. Victor once served as the Queen's Royal Alchemist and is known for his skill in creating smoke bombs & flash bombs as well as other chemical concoctions. He carries several test tubes on his person (just as he carries chemicals to create antidotes/various healing potions) and won't hesitate to use them in a pinch.
In a modern AU, Victor's specialty would most likely fall under family medicine with a focus on rural and preventive medicine. Outside of his knowledge as a scientist & doctor, however, Victor's skillset is straightforward: he knows 1850's-era London like the back of his hand; he can budget/create spreadsheets; and he's a thorough researcher.
Notes for the Psychics: General mindreading is an assumed yes (no need to ask!) but let me know so I can tailor the narration better. PM me before attempting anything that might violate his personhood/identity.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Automatic yes for minor things like stepping on / spitting on, sure. PM me for anything life-threatening or dangerous.
Maim/Murder/Death: Case-by-case basis. PM me first.
Kissing/Hugging: Yes! Go for it
Romance: Yes!! (automatic yes for canonmates like Cardia, Impey, Van Helsing, and Lupin; no need to ask me beforehand!)
Cooking: Average. If he follows a recipe beforehand, his recipes are picture-worthy.
Threadjacking/threadhopping: Mostly yes. Only no if the thread's supposed to be a private conversation.
Backtagging: Yes please! My schedule tends to be busy, so I may be slow to respond some weeks and faster than others. Feel free to keep a thread going for weeks or months if need be! You're also free to tag old posts and starters, though I may be slow to respond to those.
